Companies like Facebook and Google announced that they will be allowing its employees to work remotely until the end of 2020. Twitter took it one step further. How would it work?

Jack Dorsey, CEO of Square stated that their employees are now going to work remotely. It will be permanent and will continue even after their offices open. This policy is for those employees are can work from their homes. However, those are needed at the offices for their jobs will need to be there. For example, Security, and other staff members.

Other companies such as Facebook and Google allowed its employees to work-from-home till the end of 2020. Many other companies have been letting its employees work from their homes since March.

Even Microsoft has made an announcement to let its employees work remotely until October 2020. These companies will be opening their offices in the coming months. However, most of the employees who are allowed to work-from-home, are notified.

Those who are required to be present at the offices will be there. However, the companies will put down some ground rules and different policies to make the workplace safe.
