Little Richard Passes Away at the Age of 87 Due to Bone Cancer

Rolling Stone just reported that Little Richard has passed away. He was 87 years old and Bone Cancer is said to be the cause of his death.

Little Richard was born on December 5th, 1932. During the 1950s and 1960s, he took people by surprise. People remember him as the man who just got on the piano and just made the crowd smile. He used to wear such fun costumes during those days. Little Richard aka Richard Wayne Penniman became the rock and roll star who broke records and brought a new era of songs with him.

In 1955, he released ‘Tutti Frutti’. This song quickly became popular in America. People at his events, would know that he brought so much energy that went into the crowd. Even Elton John loved to listen to his songs.

Little Richard has received the Lifetime Achievement Award back in 1993. The news of his death has broken the people on Twitter. People are showing their appreciation for him.

His music has been appreciated by everyone. For instance, even Bob Dylan performed one of Little Richard’s songs at his high school. This clearly shows that Richard impacted the lives of millions of people. So many great singers were inspired by Richard’s work. His contribution to the music industry changed everything.
